DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE AND/OR SITE-RELATED SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THE

Personal Days Skin Care reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality or

JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of
New Hampshire, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within New
Hampshire and without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Any action you, any third party,
or Personal Days Skin Care bring to enforce this agreement, or in connection with any matters related to
this site, shall be brought only in either the state or Federal courts located in Concord, New Hampshire.
You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that
provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement, and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the
matters set forth herein, and shall not be modified except in writing, as posted on this Site by Personal
Days Skin Care.
